Swinford Mum2Mum

Coffee for you, playmats and toys for babies, and plenty of friends. We also have baby carrier slings and breastpumps available to rent. Our group is a mixture of breastfeeding mammies, expectant mums and bottle-feeding mammies. We also organise special events like baby first aid, sensory music classes, baby storytime, themed events for Easter, Halloween, Christmas and more.
Skerries Mum2Mum
Location: The Rock Bakery, 16 New St, Townparks, Skerries, Co. Dublin, K34 AW80

Established in 2012, Skerries Mum2Mum Group and has been supporting mums in the town and general area of Skerries ever since. We have a wonderful community of mums and support many from the surrounding towns in Fingal. We have a sling catalogue, a library of books, an emergency breast pump; not to mention our Instagram page, Facebook page and our WhatsApp group with over 130 mums from the locality. We have a great team of volunteer organisers and work closely with our PHN’s.
We are located in The Rock Bakery where we meet every second Friday of the month. We have a really great group of mums that meet each week for coffee and pastries and we are so grateful to The Rock Bakery for providing a space for us.
We’ve had many speakers join us to support mums, from lactation consultants, women’s physiotherapists, osteopaths and homeopaths, craniosacral therapists and more. We also run workshops and events that have been very kindly funded by Fingal County Council. Workshops have included:
- Maternal & infant mental health workshop
- Pilates for Pelvic floor health workshop
- Transitioning back to work workshop
Skerries Mum2Mum won the Friends of Breastfeeding Mum2Mum Group of the year award in 2025, and in September 2025 we won an audience choice award at the ALCI annual conference for our project, “Listening, Learning, Latching on: A Story of Growing a Mum to Mum Breastfeeding Support Group.”
Ballinamore Mum2Mum

When: every 2nd and 4th Tuesday of every month, 10am to 12pm

Join our local Mum2Mum group in the Ballinamore Library for a coffee morning and playtime for babies and toddlers, every second and fourth Tuesday of the month. No booking required and free to attend, all mums are welcome! Coffee, tea and snacks are provided. Nadia (organiser) is a trained and active Breastfeeding Buddy with Friends of Breastfeeding, supporting mums with their breastfeeding journey.
